Standard Delivery Charges

Free standard delivery in Australia for all retail orders over $150 inc gst*
$15 flat rate delivery for retail orders under $150 inc gst
* Additional charges may apply for regional locations.

Most orders will be received within 3 days in metro locations in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. It may take up to 7 days for regional deliveries. 

We do not deliver to PO boxes. 

Signature on Delivery

Some couriers require a signature when they are delivered.

If nobody is able to sign, the driver will leave a card. However, re-delivery charges may incur.

Please select “authorise to leave” at checkout any re-delivery charges.

Returns

Please email [email protected] to start returns process. You must notify us within 14 business days of receiving the goods.
If we are not notified after 14 days, any deviations from the specifications or descriptions of the goods will be deemed accepted in satisfactory condition. 

All returns must be authorised by our customer service team (retail) or account manager (wholesale).

If a return is approved, a return authorisation form will be given. This form must be included in the returned package. 

If returns are received without a return authorisation form, the returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense. 

The return items must be returned in original condition with original packaging. $1.50 +gst per packaging missing.
Returned items must be unworn, undamage and in saleable condition. Otherwise it will be sent back at the customer’s expense. 

Return items must be received within 7 days of return authorisation. Otherwise, the returns will be sent back at the customer’s expense. 

Returns can take up to 28 days to process after receipt minus any shipping costs.

Original shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Return orders will incurr a $15 handling fee or 10% of returned product value (which ever is higher). The customer is responsible for the returned freight. 

For exchanges, we recommend placing a new order for the fastest outcome. 

Faulty/Missing items

You must notify us of any faulty or incorrect supplied items within 7 business days of receiving the goods. 

All faults must be accompanied with a photo clearly showing the fault or details of incorrect shipment.

A product will not be deemed defective, in our reasonable opinion, if it has become unacceptable quality due to normal wear and tear, misuse of product, failure to adhere to manufacturer’s instructions or failure to take reasonable care.
